We understand that circumstances may arise leading to the need for cancellations or rescheduling of photography services. To ensure a fair and transparent process for both parties, we have established the following policy:

Booking Policy:

Clients are required to book a photoshoot a minimum of four (4) days in advance of the desired session date. This policy is in place to ensure adequate time for preparation, scheduling, and coordination of resources.

Booking Process:

To initiate the booking process, clients must contact the photographer via email or phone to check availability and discuss their requirements and payment.

Availability Confirmation:

Availability for the requested photoshoot date will be confirmed by the photographer within 24 to 48 hours of the initial inquiry. The booking will only be considered confirmed upon mutual agreement between the client and the photographer. A Booking fee will be sent to the client after this confirmation

Payment and Confirmation:

A booking fee or full payment, as agreed upon between the client and photographer, is required to secure the booking. The payment must be made within 48 hours of the availability confirmation to guarantee the reservation. If the booking fee is not received, the appointment may be canceled.

Advance Notice:

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours (1 day) advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and potentially fill the vacant slot with other clients.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the total agreed-upon service cost. This fee is intended to compensate for the time and resources reserved for the original booking.

Rescheduling:

Clients are allowed to reschedule appointments within the 24-hour notice period without incurring a cancellation fee, provided the rescheduled date is agreed upon and confirmed by both parties.

No-Shows:

In the event of a no-show (failure to provide notice of cancellation or request for rescheduling), the client will be responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon service cost.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Clients are encouraged to communicate promptly in such situations to discuss possible alternatives.

Refunds:

Cancellation fees are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations made within the 24-hour notice period will be refunded in whole minus the cancellation fee. Refunds after the 24-hour notice period will not be provided.

Communication:

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated in writing, either via email or text message, to ensure clarity and documentation.

Weather-related Changes:

In the case of weather-related issues affecting the ability to conduct the photoshoot, the photographer and client will work together to find a suitable alternative date. No cancellation fees will apply due to weather-related changes.
